The North Carolina Coastal Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a local professional association composed of individuals sharing an interest in the practice of human resource management. Found in May 1997, the Chapter received its charter membership from the National Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) on February 18, 1998.
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. NCCSHRM seeks to provide a wide variety of professional development and networking opportunities for human resources professionals in Eastern North Carolina. Its membership consists of human resource professionals representing organizations in the Eastern part of the state.
