DUES

  • Annual dues are based on membership type (see below) and do not include our monthly chapter meetings.
  • Dues are based on a calendar year with all memberships expiring on December 31st.  New members joining in October, November, or December will expire 12/31 the following year.
  • Dues may be paid online (using the PayPal button above) or by cash or check.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS

  • Professional – $50/calendar year
    • Professional Members. Eligible members are those individuals who are:
      • Engaged in the profession of human resource management at the exempt level for at least three years
      • Certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)
      • Faculty members holding an assistant, associate or full professor rank in human resource management or any of its specialized functions at an accredited college or university and have at least three years of experience at this level of teaching
      • Full-time consultants with at least three years experience in counseling and advising clients on matters relating to the human resource profession.
    • Professional Members may vote and hold office in the Chapter.  IF any member shall become ineligible to hold professional membership because of failure to come within the qualifications set out above, such member shall continue to be considered a professional member for the remainder of the membership calendar year.
  • Associate Members – $45/calendar year
    • Associate Members. Individuals in non-exempt human resource management and employee relations positions as well as those individuals who do not meet the Professional Member category, but who demonstrate a bona fide interest in human resource management and the mission of the Chapter.  Associate members may vote and hold office in the Chapter, with the exception of President, Vice-President, Secretary, or Treasurer.
  • Student Members – $40/calendar year
    • Student Members. Individuals who are actively enrolled in human resource degree programs at the college or university level.  Student members have the right to vote, but may not hold an Officer’s or Director position.
  • Retired – $40/calendar year
    • Retired Members. Individuals who met eligibility requirements of Professional Members at the time of retirementfrom any firm, organization, or institution.  Retired members have the right to vote.  Retired members may not hold an officer’s position; however, they may hold a Director’s position.
